Please read the following terms and conditions before you decide to buy.

The StavEssence cables are not a standard product, which can be used in connection with all devices available on the market, as the main objective of their creation has been to achieve the best possible sound qualities even at the cost of universality. The above means that due to its unique internal structure the StavEssence cables go beyond the USB and Ethernet transmission standards in terms of the value of wave impedance, shielding, Earth-grounding, rigidity and profile as well as with respect to exceeding the dimensions of the plugs.

There is a plenty of versions of system software and software applications installed in players, streamers, network hard discs and DAC’s on the market. Various types of drivers for host USB and Ethernet switches are available. Variety of solutions and possible combinations of the above components in audio systems is the reason for which we do not ensure appropriate adjustment of the StavEssence cables with each and every audio system component available on the market. In case of some components and software used for development of audio systems, depending e.g. on the system sensitivity to error corrections and accuracy of the clocks, usage of StavEssence cable may cause suspension of the transmission or interferences such as clicking, popping or white noise.

Taking the above into account we offer to our clients a trail term to carry out tests of the StavEssence cable in connection with their audio systems. The trial term is 30 days from the date the StavEssence cable was received by the client (the „Trial Term”).

If during the Trial Term any irregularities as regards the functioning of the StavEssence cable are discovered, the client is entitled to rescind the purchase contract by sending to the following address: contact@stavessence.audio an email on the rescission in which a number of the order should be given (e.g. number of the invoice). The rescission of the purchase contract will be effective provided that the complete, in perfect condition StavEssence cable is returned to the seller not later than within 14 days from the date of the email on the rescission of the purchase contract. All details are given in Returns.

If during the Trial Term an email on the rescission of the purchase contract is not sent to us or if in spite of the rescission the cable is not returned in the aforementioned 14-day period, the seller will not be liable for any lack of compatibility of the StavEssence cable with components of the audio system of the client, both existing during the Trial Term as well as used by the client after that time.

The above provisions do not deprive the client of any other rights the client may have due to defects of the StavEssence cables other than the lack of compatibility with audio system components, to which the StavEssence cable will be connected.

By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

The price of each cable is EUR 2,500 net.
VAT (23%) applies for all goods sold within the European Union.
All other markets are served without VAT.

We accept payment to a bank account in EUR and PLN (Polish Zloty).
All data for the transfer will be given on the invoice.

We put every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, since our products are handcrafted one at a time, deliveries are dispatched within 10 working days of receipt of payment.
Delivery costs and taxes will be added to the total price of your purchase.
After the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping/tracking information.

We would suggest that you check import duties, taxes and/or customs fees charged by your government before ordering.

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to cover such costs if applicable. We have no influence over this. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

We want you to be satisfied with every order. We encourage you to test the product with your audio system, as we realize that the cable must match your preferences.

All products carry a two-year warranty.
Warranty will not be applicable for damages caused by incorrect installation, connection or packing.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product, the client is entitled to rescind the purchase contract. The rescission of the purchase contract will be effective provided that the complete, in perfect condition StavEssence cable is returned to the seller not later than within 14 days from the date of the email on the rescission of the purchase contract.

We accept returns of products only if in perfect condition, in their original box – as this is considered part of the product – and with the original packaging.
Perfect condition means product without traces of use or damage or splotching.
Original packaging consists: cable, wooden box, cardboard, foam fillers, vial with hard-wax oil, manual, flyer, RETURN FORM, visit card.

We reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange if the product returned is deemed to have been damaged.
All returns require an authorization number and our written permission.

If you want to return the order, please follow this procedure:

1. Contact us at contact@stavessence.audio to request a return.
Please provide us with your order number / our invoice number (proof of sale).
2. Fill out the RETURN FORM. The RETURN FORM should be attached to the parcel in the original.
3. Ship the product to the address given in RETURN FORM. Please note that we are not able to offer refunds of the shipping/tax/customs costs, and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back the returned item. To ensure the safety of both parties, we recommend sending the package as an insured parcel via a courier service allowing on-line tracking the parcel. Suggested insurance value of the parcel shall be equel to the value of the product list price (or you payed).
We are not responsible for parcels lost in delivery.
4. Once the item has been received and we have verified that it is in new condition, you will receive an email notifying that the refund has been issued. Please allow several days for the refund to be processed.
